The Importance of Branded Receipts
Your customer's purchase receipt is often the most opened transactional document in retail e-commerce. A crisp, professionally branded receipt reinforces customer trust and reduces dispute chargebacks.
Customizable Receipt Elements
Navigate to Settings > Receipt Settings. You can configure:

Step-by-Step Receipt Setup
1. In your dashboard, open Settings > Receipt Settings.
2. Verify that your Store Logo and contact email are populated.
3. In the "Receipt Footer Note" box, write a warm thank you message and your return policy summary.
4. Check the live preview panel on the right side of the screen to review formatting.
5. Click "Save Receipt Settings". All future email receipts and printed invoices will reflect your branding.
Customer Email & PDF Receipt View
Immediately upon order payment, the customer receives an automated HTML email containing the itemized receipt.
Customers can also log into their centralized account at `accounts.teyweb.com` or click the link in their email to download a high-resolution, printable PDF receipt at any time.
