14-Day Free Trial & Grace Period Policies
Every newly registered merchant receives a 14-day free trial on the Growth Plan. You can test themes, add products, and configure delivery without entering payment details.
If a subscription renewal payment fails, Teyweb grants a 7-day Grace Period during which your storefront remains fully accessible to shoppers while you update your payment card.
How to Upgrade Your Subscription
1. In your dashboard, open Subscription > Upgrade Plan.
2. Choose between Monthly or Annual billing (Annual billing saves 16%).
3. Select your desired plan tier and click "Proceed to Payment".
4. Complete the secure checkout via debit card or bank transfer.
5. Your account limits expand immediately without interrupting live storefront traffic.
Monitoring Resource Usage
Under Resources > Resource Usage (`ResourceUsagePage.tsx`), you can track real-time visual progress bars showing your current consumption of catalog products, uploaded images, staff seats, and monthly order quotas.
If you approach 90% of your product limit, an informative banner will suggest upgrading to the next tier.
