Essential Pages Every Store Needs
High-converting stores build customer trust through transparent informative pages. Teyweb's native CMS (`PagesManagerPage.tsx` and `PageEditorPage.tsx`) lets you publish unlimited custom content pages.
Key Takeaways
- About Us: Your brand origin story, founder message, and business mission.
- Shipping & Delivery FAQ: Explaining delivery timelines, logistics partners, and rates.
- Return & Refund Policy: Clear guidelines on how customer returns are inspected and processed.
- Size Guides / Care Instructions: Ensuring apparel and shoe shoppers choose the correct fit.
- Wholesale & Bulk Inquiries: Guidelines for B2B buyers looking for volume discounts.
Step-by-Step Page Creation
To create a new custom page:
Navigate to Pages Manager
In your merchant dashboard, open Storefront > Pages (or Settings > Pages). You will see a list of all current pages with their slug and publish status.
Click "Create New Page"
Click the "+ Add Page" button to launch the full-screen Page Editor.
Enter Title & Slug
Type your Page Title (e.g. "About Teyweb Fashion"). Teyweb automatically generates a clean, URL-safe slug: "about-teyweb-fashion". You can manually edit the slug if preferred.
Select Layout & Compose Content
Choose your layout mode (Standard, Fullwidth, or Compact) and use the rich text editor to compose your content with headings, bullet points, hyperlinks, and blockquotes.
Formatting Content & Layout Modes
The editor supports structured rich text formatting:
- Headings: H2 and H3 tags for structuring long articles.
- Lists: Bulleted and numbered lists for FAQs or terms.
- Links: Hyperlink to your products, collections, or WhatsApp support chat.
- Images: Insert images directly into your text with automatic Cloudflare R2 CDN hosting.
- Layout Modes: Standard (contained centered reading column with sidebar capability), Fullwidth (stretches edge-to-edge for lookbooks), or Compact (condensed layout optimal for policy summaries).
Custom SEO Titles & Meta Descriptions
Every custom page includes dedicated Search Engine Optimization fields in the sidebar:
- SEO Page Title: The title shown in Google search results and browser tabs (recommended: 50-60 characters).
- SEO Meta Description: A concise summary of the page content shown below your title in Google searches (recommended: 140-160 characters).
Teyweb automatically injects OpenGraph tags so when you share your page on WhatsApp, Twitter, or Facebook, a rich card with preview title and description appears.
